Nice graphics: commemorative sheet to celebrate 100 years of Swiss stamps.

I think this is a stroke of genius. 80% energy saving alternative to the traditional 60Watt incandescent household light bulb. Semantically genius in its aesthetic, and an awesome step forward in the energy saving product market!
I particularly like the lower (or upper when fitted) heat sink section of the bulb which I assume doubles as a grip for removing/replacing the bulb as well as an interesting ‘futuristic’ styling cue!

Liking this pulp table. There is something visually appealing to me about this material even though it is no doubt associated with expendable products such as packaging, maybe it’s the rugged ‘recycled’ texture?

Olusosun landfill site: a pretty depressing yet at the same time incredible image of a woman carrying mangoes on her head, descending into Africas largest landfill site, the Olusosun.
Colleagues at work were discussing a 3 part series on Nigeria which included an insight into life in a slum. Its amazing that people survive here by selling the scrap that surrounds them!
